Terms of Service

By accessing or using Taiwan Survival Mandarin's language coaching services, website, or digital materials (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We provide professional Mandarin Chinese language coaching, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
• Digital learning resources and curriculum access.
• Specialized survival Mandarin bootcamps for travelers and professionals.
• Customized feedback and progress tracking.

All coaching packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

We value our coaches' time and expect our students to do the same. The following rules apply to all scheduled sessions:

• Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance via our booking platform.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
• No-Shows: If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

All content included in our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Taiwan Survival Mandarin and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided for personal learning purposes only. Recording of coaching sessions without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Taiwan Survival Mandarin and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific language proficiency outcomes as results depend heavily on individual student effort, consistency, and prior experience.
